Mir teaches live seminars and ongoing classes throughout the year on Meditation, Qigong, Self Defence, Breathing techniques, mental and emotional resilience through martial arts training methods.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS SHOULD I HAVE?
We usually recommend an initial booking of four treatments, before assessing how best to continue. Some conditions require just the one session, others a further group of four, whilst some long term conditions require continual ongoing treatment.
